Main Body

Fully fabricated from graded steel plates by IBR qualified welders and SRESS relived by well modernized electric heat treatments, to ensure longer body life and minimum fatigue.

Jaw Stock and Hinge Pin

Our jaw stock is fabricated with quality graded steel plates to give good strength and life to machine. The hinge pin and bearing housing are machined in CNC machine for consistence accuracy.

Jaw Plates

Our jaw plates are made from an ISO 9000 certified foundry with our own special materials (high hot chrome maganese steel to give longer life and output) Toggle and American standard ASTM A 216. Web grade steel casting and phosphor bronze Toggle pin and precision machined. The Toggles are seats and toggle pin are in oil both ensuring full lubrication.

Pitman

It is a carbon steel (ASTM A216gr WEB) with white metal lining for seating of the eccentric shaft and the toggle pin. The forward and reverse motion of the saving jaw will swing through the pitman arm only. This will be kept in constant splash oil lubrication.

Excentric Shaft

It is made from alloy steel grade, accurately machined, hardened and tested ultrasonically and fitted with quality self aligning roller bearings.

Fly Wheel

Dynamically balanced cast iron wheel for constant continuous load, with necessary drive with the Eccentric shaft. Since it is an oil type crusher a separate oil tonic has been provided to lubrication the bearings, shaft and pitman assembly etc.
